The Yunnan Yuxi Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA) carries out enterprise visit and research activities.

On March 25th, the Comprehensive and Science and Technology Branches of the Yunnan Yuxi Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA) jointly organized a branch activity. A group of 45 members visited Yunnan Nanbao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanbao Biology") for a research visit, conducted a special study on the development of the Yuxi pyrethrum industry, and Yang Min, the full-time vice chairman of the Yuxi Municipal Committee of the CDNCA, participated in the study activity.

The members first visited the Pyrethrum Pesticide Engineering Technology Research Center of Nanbao Biology, located at No. 5 Tengxiao Road, Yuxi High-tech Zone. It is reported that pyrethrum, originally from the Middle East, is a star insecticide in the plant world, and its products are widely used in organic agriculture and public health. Nanbao Biology is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the breeding, seedling propagation, planting promotion, production processing, sales, and product research and development of pyrethrum. It actively contributes to green organic agriculture with biotechnology, making the environment safer, life better, families happier, and society more harmonious. Under the leadership of Jiang Qijun, the Chief Technology Officer of Nanbao Biology, the members visited the research and development laboratories for formulation products, plant extraction laboratories, quality inspection centers, and breeding centers. Through interactive exchanges, the members gained a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the entire process from germplasm resources, product research and development, to quality control of pyrethrum, and a full understanding of the development of the pyrethrum industry in Yuxi.

   Subsequently, the members drove to the Xiaojie JinShui Industrial Park in Eshan County for a discussion and research visit. Liu Kexin, the General Manager of Nanbao Biology, first warmly welcomed the arrival of the CDNCA Yuxi Municipal Committee. He gave a detailed introduction to the company's development history, business operations, and vision. He said that since its establishment in 2001, Nanbao Biology has gone through reorganization and breakthroughs in varieties, relying on technological innovation, continuously increasing investment in scientific research funds, and developing a small chrysanthemum into a big industry. After 22 years of trials and tribulations, it has finally ushered in the spring of the small chrysanthemum. Shi Zhongshou, the Executive Deputy General Manager of Nanbao Technology, popularized knowledge about pyrethrum from a chrysanthemum that can kill insects to a pesticide that can be drunk, analyzed the advantages and industry prospects of the product, and frankly exchanged the difficulties and problems in the company's marketing and promotion in the domestic market.

         After listening to the introductions of the two leaders, Yang Min, the full-time vice chairman of the CDNCA Yuxi Municipal Committee, made a concluding speech. He pointed out that as one of the two companies in the world engaged in the planting, research and development, and processing of pyrethrum, Nanbao Biology is worthy of being proud of the national industry; the company drives farmers to increase their income and become rich through the order agriculture model, which is a model for rural revitalization; the company practices the development concept of making the environment safer, life better, families happier, and society more harmonious, and is a pioneer in food safety. In response to the difficulties and problems of the company, he suggested that the company should increase publicity, further expand online and offline, domestic and foreign sales channels, and continue to increase the introduction and training of talents in scientific research, sales, and publicity to help the company achieve better results. Yang Min said that the CDNCA Yuxi Municipal Committee will take this research as an opportunity to actively integrate the advantages of resources inside and outside the association to help the company continuously expand its development space. At the same time, the CDNCA Yuxi Municipal Committee will take the initiative to give full play to the advantages of party consultation and is very willing to actively speak out for the difficulties and demands of the development of private enterprises, providing support and assistance to alleviate the difficulties of private enterprises and promoting the high-quality development of private enterprises.
